Lectoring

This Sunday was a youth mass at St. Rita. Every month there is a youth mass where the youth do everything. Last month was the 5:00 mass. This Sunday was the 7:30. It was amazing. There were almost 15 youth at mass. I did the second reading. It was the first letter of St. Paul to the Thessalonians.

	Rejoice always,
	pray constantly,
	give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.
	Do not quench the Spirit,
	do not despise prophesying,
	but test everything; hold fast what is good,
	abstain from every form of evil.
	May the God of peace himself sanctify you wholly; and may your spirit and soul and body be kept sound and blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. The one who calls you is faithful, and he will also accomplish it.

I got about 30 comments on it. It was exiting. I feel as if I've been completely excepted into the mass now. I can't wait until I get confirmed in January.
