School's out for Summer!!

School is finally over. After a hectic last week, including 4 exams in 5 days, I finished up yesterday with the talent show, and then hopped over to St. Rita's, where I arrived just in time to help blue win the Alumni tug-of-war.

Well, the talent show. Almost three hours of backstage craziness. It was lucky I survived, although I still ache. I worked backstage doing sound and lights. It was an interesting expierience, although very tiring, as I was on my feet for all 3 hours. There were a few minor mishaps, but overall, it went pretty smoothly. The last act was the teachers, and they just had all sorts of cheesy things going on. They also had their own sound, but it didn't work too well, so I ended up standing in front of the teacher's speakers, holding a mike to them. It ended up working well anyway.

Overall, a crazy day. But I survived, ready(?) to face the summer challenges head on. And I've discovered a new Role Playing Game.

The first challenge is setting summer goals, so I know what I can nag you about most. But a plan sounds like a good idea...Then you can be sure to have time for fun.
